2. VAT Status

The operator applies the subject-based VAT exemption under Chapter XIII/A of the Hungarian VAT Act (alanyi adómentesség). Hungarian VAT is therefore not charged, and invoices are issued without VAT. Any tax arising in your own jurisdiction is your responsibility.

3. Hosting and Infrastructure

The service runs on a self-managed virtual private server within the European Union, orchestrated with Coolify, and is fronted by Cloudflare for CDN and WAF.
